Had Terry out to give me a quote on a few items u needed done. He was so great! He was honest and even referred me to someone else who could tackle a difficult job I had. He even contacted the other party for me. He was so great and got right back to me. Such great customer service.

Terry and his crew went above and beyond on our carpets through the house, with 2 labs in the mix i though our carpets were doomed after 4 years. But that was quite the contrary from what I was expecting. If I were able to give a 10 star review on the work that was preformed i would. All smiles and a satisfied customer here.

Terry and his team at TruCarpet Cleaning are excellent to work with. They took care of a major leak from an upstairs water heater that leaked into a downstairs bedroom, leaking through ceiling, behind the walls, and flooding the carpet areas. They were quick to respond and made sure the clean up was done properly and swiftly. I have also used TruCarpet Cleaning for general carpet cleaning on two occasions and they again were quick to respond and did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend TruCarpet Cleaning for a great service provider!!

Logan did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and tile in our house. The tile and grout looks like it was installed yesterday. I've used a few of the well known, national cleaners in the past but they didn't come close to the results that we received with TruCarpet.

Terry and his crew are A M A Z I N G! He did a HUGE remodel for our rental property and he came in under budget, sooner than expected and he took care of all the details, all the while I was on vacation! I told a colleague I felt like my brother was taking care of me! He is completely trust worthy, ethical and kind and that's important to me. We have also used him for carpet cleaning and will definitely use them again.

I always use Tru Carpet. Every time I have them work on my carpets I am amazed. They use a truck-mounted system; which is the only way to go. It always looks like new carpet when they are finished. The owner, Terry Whitt, is great to work with. Chris did our carpets today. Great guy who does great work. Next I am going to schedule them to clean our tile and grout. I HIGHLY recommend this company..

Chris cleaned the carpet in our house last Friday. He did an outstanding job. There were several very dirty spots and areas and the carpet looks excellent now. I absolutely recommend them.

Great results. He came on time, informed us what he was doing. Our carpets were not that dirty, but had some visible stains/foot traffic areas.

There were no hidden fees...the price I was quoted on the phone (without seeing the house) was the one I was charged. We added Scotchguard, which upped the price. The technician was friendly and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He also told me what to expect for drying time. The carpets look wonderful! Although there is still food traffic areas, he was able to remove 95% of the dirt/stains. I highly recommend.
