NEVER use this florist! I saw the second arrangement on the company website when I was looking to send a birthday arrangement for my daughter. I called and said I wanted something in white and green just like this one on their website so it matched her apartment decor. The salesperson was not sure they could replicate the tulips so I said it would be fine to use just use all white and green, that I loved the white berries and if there was a accent color that would be great. I specifically named the types of Flowers and berries I liked in the arrangement. She said she had yellow roses and I specifically

Great service and beautiful flowers. I called several florists in SF before Urban Flowers. I called at 1:00 PM. The customer service people at the other places told me they either were too busy, "We have a huge funeral right now." or they don't take same day deliveries after 12:00 PM. Oh well, called Urban flowers spoke with a helpful person. Deal done in no time.

I made a custom order for a special friends birthday. The Hidden Garden could not have been more helpful since I had never ordered flowers before. The receptionist Bella is what’s up. She has a high level in communication and was a great collaborator through the designer. When I need flowers for any occasion, The Hidden Garden is the place to go.

I bought here their Springtime Elegance bouquet, and it was beautiful! I can drool over it! The different shades of pink from the flowers, it was very cool in the eye. Perfect for my mom. I gave it to her last week because it's her birthday. And she loved it! Even it was hours to drive to get it to my mom, but still, the fragrance and the smell of the flowers stay fresh! I highly recommend this flower shop.

These guys are amazing! This is the best flower shop I ever visited. They all have the types of flowers you want. Thus, I made a flower bouquet here for my mom's 60th birthday since she loves flowers. As she received it, my mom was very happy and she's thankful to the staff members who helped me to surprise her. The flowers are all fresh and beautiful!

It's rare I take the time to write a review, but the quality and service of this florist warrants the highest compliments!! I searched multiple florists online to find something unique and spectacular to send to a male friend who had gotten married. When I came across the arrangement "Romantic Garden Love" I knew it was the one! I ordered it same day delivery. . ..My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement after he received it, and it was even more gorgeous and impressive than the online picture. He text to me said "They are stunning!! I've never received such a beautiful arrangement!" Needless

The Hidden Garden consistently does beautiful work. My wife worked in the floral industry for over 15 years and is a skilled floral designer in her own right. She loves flowers and has a high standard to which she considers an arrangement's composition and presentation.
