Crave Culinaire is a new and exciting personal chef concierge and event company. Founder, Chef Brian Roland and his team specialize in creating an exclusive culinary experience through in-home dining (from 2 to 2000), cooking classes, customized event catering, food and wine pairings, and building a memory your guests will talk about for the rest of the year!
In early 2013, Chef Brian opened the newest, trendy food sensation called Crave Culinaire. He and his team of passionate professionals continue to push the envelope from posh cocktail soirees, to exquisite in-home dining experiences and all sorts of catering that are bound to leave your guests wanting more.
The exchange of ideas between Crave Culinaire and you, result in a shared vision - one that unfolds with passion and focus. For us, there is no such thing as formulaic or cookie-cutter events. Each occasion is unique and directed by the client's individual dream. Our goal is to ensure that every element of the evening, from plate to table, setting to sound, is an experience of excellence that will exceed your expectations and 'wow' your guests.
We have a team of fun, energetic, professional staff who truly enjoy serving you! Crave Culinaire may provide you with a full team staff including dining room captains, servers, bartenders, chefs, culinary assistants, bussers, dishwashers, greeters, entertainers, and event coordinators. It has been a great pleasure to work with Chef Brian Roland and the staff of Crave Culinaire for many of my family’s memorable events. After an exhaustive effort to source a private chef to prepare dinners for my employer and family when they are in town, I struck gold and was introduced to Crave. Their knowledge and range as far as types of food is incredible. Especially if one is requesting, vegan, vegetarian, meat and fish dishes with allergies in the same meal. They have turned large and small family gatherings into memorable events.

We hosted the 2018 Top Doctors at Venue Naples and let met tell you...the hors d'oeuvres selection was extraordinary. From aesthetics to taste, it was truly an unbelievable culinary experience. What can I say chef Brian and his staff go above and beyond.They have really impressed me yet again.Pretty much anything that I have asked for they can make happen,from last minute menu changes to catering to a relitive with nut allergies.The food is five star without a doubt.I have done business with plenty of catering companies and most have been good.With Crave you really get what you have paid for.I can't thank them enough for making me look like a rockstar once again.Thanks also to chef Christina for the best eggplant parm I have ever had!
