Lived there for over 10 years. Used to be ok until new landlord came in and things started going downhill from there. The maintenance neglect outside work and take over a week to come fix a simple problem in an apartment. Land lady Marla is very rude and has no compassion or even decency for her tenants. Roaches in most apartments and cops seem to be around often for one thing or another. Look for something else
