Mission Bay Chevy/Volkswagen has the absolute WORST parts department I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Nobody EVER answers their phone, and when they do, they will either hang up on accident or send the call to an unmonitored voicemail. Like, are you guys even alive back there? I need parts for my clients and you guys are just asleep at the wheel.

Left a message three days in a row, no call back. Ended up finally getting a hold of Edgar and asked for a different service provider. Made an appointment and dropped my truck off. Got transferred back to my old advisor that was non-responsive. Got the estimate for work and it is severely trumped up on labor charges. 3 hours to change a battery. Give me a break. It took me (not a mechanic) 24 minutes and that included finding my tools. At my last service two weeks ago, (which was also a computer/electrical problem) I was quoted almost $900 for the repair but it was covered by my extended warranty

Waited 10 months for my allotment, came in and picked out my corvette details.
After I scrimped and saved on ordering various car features.
My salesman told me there would be a extra charge of $5000.00 straight to the dealer!
I was not told this charge would be there when I gave my deposit, or anytime until picking out my corvette, 10 months later!
My happiest moment went sour very quick!
I would have been extremely happy if GM hadn't let the dealer gouge me!
Love my 2022 Corvette, except for dealer gouge.

I am coming back to edit an initial review of 1 star. They ended up working out the same deal but without running a hard inquiry on my credit which was the original discrepancy. They treated me well and compromised with my scruples. Because of the hassle, I won't give the total five star review, but to give the respect of how they worked with me, I will leave a better review than before. Thank you Steve and staff.

I had a great experience here. I didn't purchase my vehicle here but I came in a few times for service. I was extremely impressed - better service than I have received at Land Rover, Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes.
I was assigned one person the first time I went. He was the only person I talked to every visit. They pay for a riseshare to and from their location if you are getting service. They even replaced a low key fob battery. I didn't even mention it - Brandon just said he saw the warning and went ahead and replaced it with no charge. It's a great service center.

I loved the service. I booked my appointment online and following the email confirmation I also received a courtesy phone call from my advisor to confirm the appointment. When I got there, everyone was supper courteous and friendly. They service my vehicle quickly and gave me an explanation on what they did. It was a very good experience, I was in and out in about one hour.

The dealership gave us paperwork for a car with the wrong VIN, and it is now almost a year later, and the problem is still not fixed. After we made many trips to the dealership, they tried to solve the problem but only succeeded in "deleting" the car. The DMV now has no record of it. So now, after many trips to the DMV, since the dealership couldn't help us, the DMV has tracked down the car with the right VIN, and we will hopefully finally be able to get license plates and registration soon. The title continues to be an issue. (We paid cash for the car, never got the title.)

We had an appointment scheduled on 9/3 at 9am for a diagnostic on our Cadillac Escalade. It is currently 9/7 and I still have not received a phone call and we have called and messaged over 5 times oh and we stopped by. At this point all I want is my car back. I have never in my life been treated so very poorly by a company.

Never take your vehicle to maintenance there, I dropped off my vehicle yesterday in the morning for an oil change, I get a call back from Brandon that the air filter and cabin filter need to be replaced, cost… is excessive, I decline, Brandon doesnt seem to care and hangs up, no body calls me when the vehicle will be ready or is ready, yet they call me for add ons, I called 3 times through the day only to be transfered to Brandon that never picked up the phone, I show up at 4 to find out they are closed, my vehicle is sitting behind their gates with the windows open and nobody cant do anything

The manager of the service department saw my review and reached out to me. He refunded the cost of the labor for the filter installation, so I only had to pay the cost of the part.
Since then, I have had a couple of reasons to work with my normal service rep. there on warrantied problems with the car, and he has been easy and straightforward to deal with, as he was before.
I really appreciated the follow-up from them regarding my complaint because it shows that Mission Bay Chevrolet takes customer satisfaction seriously. My car is currently a lease, but I may be buying the lease out when it&apos

Noticed a deal on their web site that I liked. That wow that is a really good deal on that car... Did the educated consumer thing, such as shopping around, qualifying for financing, etc. After test driving a similar car at CarMax, and getting an out the door quote from CarMax.. I decided to contact Carlos at MBC who I originally spoke to on a similar vehicle 6 months ago. He put me in touch with Alberto who helped me out. Basically answered the questions about Certified vehicles, things about the car, went out on a test drive, etc.

Called in to see if they would match or beat another deals car price during the car shopping process. Talked to Steve their internet sales manager. Went from really nice to extremely rude once he realized he couldn't match another dealers cash price. Told me literally "meh" multiple times in a rude manner, and that he didn't want my business. I have never had a salesman be so condescending to me on the phone before. Even if you can sell a car with quite ease to someone else, you should never talk down to someone that is asking politely if you can earn their business. Ended up
