State Farm is AWFUL! I pay over $500 monthly in premiums and now State Farm doesn’t want to take care of my claim. Meanwhile, I am without my car for the holidays due to them dragging their feet. Additionally, I guess my black skin makes Kayla at Wendy Folmar’s State Farm Office in Brewton, Alabama comfortable to laugh in my face, raise her voice at me and then hang up in my face when I have questions on my policy and them not paying my insurance claims. Unprofessional. If I were a white woman, she wouldn’t have done that.

I would highly recommend Brian Jones and his team at State Farm. Last summer while traveling to North Carolina I slid into a guard rail in the rain. After I called the home office to file the claim, Brian’s office called to check on me, to see if I was injured, helped me retrieve my personal items from the car, checked as the claim progressed to keep me informed and answer any questions. They always provide courteous and professional service. They really care about you and your family. The personal care and attention make this office stand out among all the others.
