In order to begin your project, we need your signed / dated copy of the work proposal. Note any changes or modifications directly on your proposal, such as: modifications to the scope of work for a particular room, deletion of a room from the work scope, etc. If you have any date-critical events for your project, please include that information on a fax cover sheet so we can work with you to get the work done per your schedule.
All surfaces to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. This step helps new paint adhere to the existing surface, and removes harmful oxidants, pollutants, and dirt. All areas in your business or home, including flooring, wallpaper, furnishings, etc. will be protected from start to finish by drop cloths or poly plastic.

Carlos seems like a nice guy, but sadly no follow through. He came over to take a look at my cabinets which I wanted repainted, discussed the method he thought would be best to get the job done, walked me through his process for a project like mine and emailed me a quote 10 days later. I responded with some questions to his quote and followed up again a few days later when I heard nothing. He emailed me back saying he would call me that evening to discuss. Instead, I heard crickets. Glad that his business is doing so well that he can ignore potential customers -- even a courtesy response letting

I decided I should paint my house myself, but after I started, I realized I was really not very good at being up on a ladder. I still wanted to do what I could myself, but it was clear I needed help.
I did a lot of online searching and found Galindo Painting, and gave Carlos a call. He came out the next day to see the situation, and didn't give me a hard time about what I was doing or the choices I'd made, but instead offered solutions and help, in the form of his employee Carlos (who we called "Carlos 2").
Carlos 2 has a very easygoing manner, and was great to work with

As a property manager, I have dealt with a lot of painters over the years. Galindo Painting is a cut above the rest. The owner, Carlos, is honest and hard-working. He takes his time to do the right job...before the paint is applied (i.e. the prep)...so that the paint job lasts. He uses quality materials (where others might try to save a buck) and is knowledgeable in both interior and exterior applications, as well as many different finishes. He's the only painter we use for jobs big and small, and yet...his prices remain reasonable(!).

Carlos painted the whole interior of our house. He is a perfectionist who did quality work. He was honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I can tell you he will be painting the exterior of our house when we are ready. I would recommend Carlos for any of your painting needs....
