I made an appointment at Omnibus in Babylon for my daughter and her best friend to buy their proms dresses. It was a fabulous experience. Each girl was assigned a consultant that helped them pick out dresses and fit them appropriately. The consultants were fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the girls feel comfortable and didn't pressure them at all. The selection of dresses and sizes was perfect. I will shop at Omnibus again for sure.

My mom was looking for a MOB dress for my November wedding. We went here and were helped by Anna. She was so patient and kind. My mom had an idea in her head and Anna ran with it. She pulled dresses that my mom loved. We were concerned about the price of some of the dresses, Anna was quick to help us get a discount. We spent almost 2 hours with her. Not once did we feel rushed or like we were being annoying (we know we were, but she never we showed it). If you need a dress, I highly recommend going here (they have a large selection) and asking for Anna!

I have been all over trying to find the perfect outfit for myself for my kids B’nai Mitzvah. I called Omnibus, was super easy to make an appointment. Had an appointment with Anna! She is amazing! I walked in we spoke, I told her I was open to anything but wanted sleeveless. She suggested a pantsuit. I was there two hours, tried on gowns, knee length dresses, pantsuits. Anna pulled stuff always helped me, was right there every time I needed something or came out of the fitting room. I did order a pantsuit. Anna is that good at what she does! I can't say enough about the service here. I have been to this store many times for many years and have always been impressed with the service and selection. Most recently I was accompanying a friend to a fitting and the sales staff and Paula, the owner, couldn't do enough to accommodate her wishes (and whims). There was never a hesitancy to go above and beyond to make her feel special.

I0n Saturdwas March 27, 2021 was greeted by smiling faces (behind the masks!). Alex was assigned to help me. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, experienced person to help. He was patient, kind and a great listener. He was able to find me four dresses to pick from! I am the mother of the bride and he really listened to me. I would highly recommend Omnibus !!

I was at Omnibus on Friday, 2/19, looking for a mother of the bride dress. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store at the time of my appointment, which I loved! Brittany helped us and she was wonderful! I had a whole folder on my phone of dresses that I liked on their website, and when I showed her, Brittany just started pulling dresses! She gave input on the dresses, but in a kind, thoughtful way. I tried on about 10 dresses during my 1 hour appointment. This was my first time trying on dresses and honestly, it was not something I was looking forward to, I was kind of dreading it

It was suggested that I go here through many people on FB, along with a few other places as well, but this was my first stop to look for a MOG dress. An employee by the name of Brittany came out to assist us. My son and future DIL explained to Brittany exactly the style, length and colors of the dress I was looking for. Brittany did all the work and I have to tell you, she came out with the right dresses. She was right there the entire time while I tried on, took off, tried another, took it off. Imagine you need a cocktail dress and you are not a size 2 but a 14 and fancy dresses are not true to size no matter how expensive and major high end retail outlets have nothing, Nordstrom, it's all online today, and then you go to Omnibus. At Omnibus you are made to feel special, though I was not buying a prom dress or a mother of the bride dress. Alexa my salesperson was so kind and helpful and Karen the store manager was so accommodating giving me individual attention though the store was jammed. I was able to find a beautiful Terani dress reasonably priced, under$300 with alternations

My experience here was awful, to say the least. The owner verbally attacked me and my friends for trying to try on a dress without a parent- yet most of us are 18. She abruptly told us "we could leave if we had an issue" which is NO way to speak to a customer. Prices were ridiculous and way overpriced and service was rude. Do not spend money here.

Bought the most beautiful dress form Omnibus for my daughters wedding June 2nd. I received so many compliments on how beautiful my gown was. The employees that work there were amazing from the time I bought the dress through the fittings till I picked up my dress. Everything was right on schedule. Anything I needed they helped me with and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dress to stop there since they have many styles to choose from and you can buy right off the rack. Thank you Paula and your wonderful staff!

I went to omnibus not only for my prom dress but fast forward 10 years as all my friends are getting married I GET EVERY DRESS there for formal events and not so formal. No matter what time or day the staff always knows who I am and greets me with open arms. They take appts but also don't deny walk ins (i am the worst with dropping in). The accessories here are always available and they always have something to match. you can't compare this to place to any other place on LI. the only thing that can make them better is a bigger location but then ill be poor so I'm good.

Me and my mother came here looking for a mother of the bride dress!! She has had such wonderful experiences here in the past with Paula. My mother has not been here in almost 10 years and Paula knew who she was and the last dress she bought. Her and Britney helped my mother and I find the most beautiful gown for her. Paula who is the owner stopped everything she was doing to help my mother again find the perfect fitted dress. She even pulled out wonderful pieces of jewelry that matched the dress perfectly. If you want unmatched service and beautiful gowns you have to come here.
