Aside from the attention I got when I listed my home and the few houses I asked to see, I never saw the agent at the home inspection, at the walk through, nor the closing. This was definitely the WORST experience I have EVER had with a real estate agent and would NEVER recommend this agency.

Mr Nash is very methodical. He goes over contract offers slowly to assure all parties understand what they are signing. He does not rush you through document signing, which can create problems later.
I’ve made several home purchases and sales, even with prior experience at a table he brought things to light I did not know or others avoided to explain.
