The staff is professional and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would and in a very timely manor. If I ever need lawyer services in the future they will be my first call. I don't understand all the negative reviews unless they were written by people who were on the opposing side from them, then it would totally make sense.

My overall experience has been horrible all around. The lawyer didn’t show up twice for me on my court dates. The lady Barbara is very unprofessional and all around rude is not helpful at all with anything. They have done nothing but take money from us. Had to fire them and hire a new attorney. I would not recommend anyone to go to them

This Attorney came highly recommended and now I understand why.
When Brian assures that he will fight for you in court.... perhaps he does, but he did not show up for us, not for my family like he said he would.
Brian shook our hand and told us he would be there, even pretended to go check his schedule to assure us, because he understood our tougher than average situation.
The misrepresentation of the gospel is right !

My experience was all around negative. Poor communicators, extravagant billing, (borderline theft in their billing processes), cavalier, entitled, disrespectful, and a categorical misrepresentation of the gospel by their actions. In short I believe they are liars who are only motivated by their outward reputation, and money. Another attorney that doesn't care about people. How cliche'

In my opinion you would be better off hiring someone else. Everything is last minute and back and forth communication is poor. One staff member was so unprofessional that I had to file a report. I was talked to face to face and I thought it was a resolved issue. Their behavior continued. I had to fire them and hire another Lawyer. This is my second review as the previous one doesn’t show up now. But I feel strongly others should know my personal experiences with them.

When me and my husband first met everyone in the office they were very nice. After the process started there was zero communication. They called us the night before the court date to let us know we had court tomorrow so we had to scramble to find baby sitters. Barbara, the Secretary, is so rude. She makes you feel stupid when you call to ask questions like your supposed to know how it all works. They made us sign a form that allowed certain families members access to question the case and when it came down to it, they refused to talk to anyone about the case. I called one morning and talked to this super nice lady, unfortunately, based off my question she had to transfer me to another person in the office. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. People calling you are going through a tough time! Hence us calling. I’ve never talked to such a sarcastic, rude, ignorant person in my life. I immediately hung up and gave my money to a different service. It was fine until I talked to that one on the phone. This happened about two months ago.
