My daughter had a birthday and we haven't seen her since December as we are out of state, so sending a special floral arrangement was important. I found this florist online and called the day prior to the requested delivery date. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful. We told her our price point and explained that I wanted peonies (I love those). She was really gracious in explaining her cost on peonies right now is $12 per stem! So I asked her what she could do in the colors my daughter likes and....the arrangement is SPECTACULAR!!! SO UNIQUE! It's full of lilac and small orchids

The service was really impressive. I called and asked if I could get 2 bouquets within a reasonable budget and within an hour they accommodated and had them ready. This is considering tomorrow is Mother’s Day and there’s a pandemic going on! They were very quick.
The spot is tucked away, a little hard to find, but it’s charming anyway.
Also, the flowers were gorgeous! And very fragrant.

I needed flowers for Mother's day and while I usually order them online, I thought I'd get better value on ordering from a local shop and picking them up. Boy was I right and the arrangements I got from Papillon were simply gorgeous and came with real vases as well! Incredible value and beautiful arrangements for a fraction of the price!
The service was impeccable as well as my flowers were ready and waiting for when I arrived. Highly recommend this business!

I have finally found a florist that delivers above and beyond what is expected . This was my second time ordering from Farhad at Papillon Flowers and they delivered at the designated address this time for an engagement party. When I attended the party, my jaw dropped at how big and beautifu and expensive-looking the flowers were for a minimum cost. With other florists I have been so disappointed. They show you something large on their website and you get this small arrangements in a vase with inexpensive flowers for over $100. This time out of the 30 or so flowers received by the host, this arrangement

I echo the comments of others. This place (hidden away, back from the street, but on the East side of Westwood Blvd. just south of Sprouts - which is on the West side) was a great find. They take orders 24-7 and the owner lives nearby and will give you after hours service. The prices are excellent and the quality of the roses I got for my wife (who is a real flower critic), were equally excellent.

Cindy assisted me when I called to order. I wanted a short arrangement (such as in a bowl vase or such) with Blue Irises with yellow centers and yellow roses - this for a relative recovering from surgery. What was delivered was more of a square/rectangular arrangement (not a biggy) but including other flowers not requested or desired: white flowers framing the bottom, some sort of yellow lily type throughout, some lavender colored ones throughout. The flowers WERE good and high quality... but NOT what I requested

My hubby sent flowers to my work for our 10 year anniversary and they sent the most hideous arrangement. It is almost 4 feet tall and weighs at least 40lbs! Also the roses are not the freshest and the petals look like they will be all over my office floor tomorrow. These flowers are tacky and gaudy.

Did not receive the flowers that were ordered or even a similar bouquet. When called and spoke to the owner he was very rude and said he changes them based off of availability - that is normal, but it is also normal to call your customer and let them know they will not be receiving what they are expecting. I ordered a $150 bouquet and received a smaller, already wilting, not impressive bouquet. There are so many floral shops in the area, I will not be going back to this one.

Picked up a beautiful arrangment of white roses/hydrangeas from Papillon yesterday and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The owners were incredibly kind and the price point was very affordable (coming from a recent college graduate). Whenever I need to buy flowers for another occasion, I will go back to Papillon Flowers in a heartbeat. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

I have had multiple wonderful experiences with the florists at Papillon flowers. I'm actually surprised that they have the one star reviews. Their arrangements are very tasteful and beautiful, especially their orchid arrangements. My husband gets arrangements for my birthdays and anniversaries and they have always been on time and in great shape. They have answered any questions I have about caring for orchids and are always polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!
