We had what was expected to be a difficult sale of a old building in need of major repairs. The Barnes team found the right buyers and brought three contracts for us to choose from. We made our choice and closed in a timely fashion. Two previous realtors looked at the job and walked away but the people at Lloyd Barnes rolled up their sleeves and got the job done.
