It was okay. Very pretty place but on that day they don’t set it up how you want it. If possible go to the place before the actual wedding to make sure it is set up how you want it. The food was a little cold too. It was good but cold. The water faucet from the restrooms was not working. There was no soap in the guys restroom. The owners were very nice up until the day of the wedding they were RUDE. My aunt organized a pastry table and ended up with lost pans that were taken from the back refrigerator. We had to cut the cake by a certain time because the caters were literally waiting for the

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The restrooms were not working, the food was served cold, one of my personal dishes “disappeared,” and the owners were rude to our wedding party that arrived early to set up some stuff. These individuals charge a lot of money, it is not worth it. Management needs to improve.

Simply rude, called to get information and the first thing I get is you already called me yesterday and I told you.....(this is the first place I called to be able to get information from the island ) after telling him there had been no previous conversation. He continued on. First impression was horrible,cant imagine how it would be if I had to deal with them for my wedding.

If you are planning to be pampered and treated like a soon to be bride should be... don't go here. First of all, I live 5 hours away from the island so my time visiting is precious because it is being spent with family and friends that live there. I had an appointment at 11am and the person in charge didn't show up until 11:50am. It's okay to be late due to an emergency "supposedly" but if you know that we have a scheduled appointment why wouldn't you text or call me informing me that you would be late to our appointment. I had to call them to see where they were at. I don't think that's right
