What happens when they send the wrong door? What happens if the appliance garage door mechanism fails? Well, don't expect Josh at Carpets Plus to respond to your calls if you've already paid them.
We have arched upper cabinet doors, but one of them they sent a square one instead. When we tried to call Josh about it, he would not respond.
Then the door mechanism that rolls up the appliance garage door failed and Josh would not respond to our calls about that.We finally got a company rep to respond and we're told they no longer make the arched doors or replacement parts for the appliance garage

I have been so happy with all the work that I've had done with this company. Leroy is such a great salesman/coordinator/designer. I basically have a model home and his suggestions in flooring design are perfect. They also, perfectly suit my needs as far as Berber not showing footprints, tile that is beautiful, indoor/outdoor carpet for my garage. I highly recommend them. But honestly, Leroy has expert opinion and recommendation. Thank you!!
