I’ve had the best experience at Nissan today. Jaime has been the best with helping find my daughter a great car for her Christmas gift. He made sure that we found a car that had all the qualities we wanted and he was very professional, friendly, had a positive attitude, and made sure my daughter was happy with her choice! I have been so disappointed with the service department at Sutherland Nissan. In April 2021 I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They typically perform a multi-point vehicle inspection, which they said they performed according to the documents they gave me on my way out. There were no findings. All points checked were deemed in GOOD condition. In every other Nissan I've been to all across the country, I'm often given a printout showing the life of the battery. Well, 2-3 days later while out on a business, my car would not start. It was embarrassing. I called AAA and they

I've been to this dealership twice- once for an oil change and once for a battery replacement when I was still within warranty. Both times my appointments went quickly- I've never waited for more than hour while my car was being worked on. This recent visit, I called about my battery as my car was needing a jump daily so I obviously wanted an appointment ASAP and they were able to get me in the next morning at 730am. They always wash your car too- couldn't recommend this place more.

Returned for an oil change today and was refused service after the salesman told me I had to decide if getting pictures of my rusting brand new car for warranty work was more important than my job. Instead of working with a schedule that could potentially work for me. His choice of attitude directly related to my heated response to him. No customer service skills at this location. Avoid this place at all costs. Contacting corporate once again for a dealer complaint. Adding one photo of the rust. There is rust spots all over my vehicle through the paint.

I bought a car that was listed on the internet for 17,788 and when I got home and looked at my finance agreement it showed car price as 19,436 which was an increase of over $1600.00.
When I called the dealership I was told it was fees for work they did on the car before selling it. I expected all the typical fees but to add additional cost to the sale price is totally wrong. I will never do business with them in the future nor will I recommend them.

Inquired about a Nissan Altima listed for $11k on Autotrader. Spoke to the salesperson, and they told me they could let it go for less than $15K and I would have to finance with them so they could make so more money on the deal. They said the difference in price was mentioned in the small print on the disclaimer. What a bunch of crooks!!!!

Went in for an oil change and they they robbed me blind. They tried to charge me $93 for a regular oil change and tire rotation. An no, I don't own a large truck or use synthetic. They were able to give me a discount of $7. Yay me.
While there they told me my car needed repairs and some of it was urgent according to them.
1) new tires, according to a another repair shop my tires still have another 2 years worth of wear.
2) new axel, they tried to charge me $652 for one side and the another repair shop only charged me $250.
3) new brakes, turns out they were also trying to over charge me.

Tire sensor on my 2017 Sentra blew up into a million pieces, just hit my warranty mileage (37,000+) so they don't cover it.
How does this happen to a new car? All I was offered was free labor if I buy the piece, but Nissan was the last place to work on my car and tires. So either the Sentra has faulty parts or they broke it. Either way I'm driving with the sensor light on in my dash board until I have the money to fix it. Smh
