Was in southern Ohio and developed a infection under one of my molars, saw a dentist down there and received a prescription for antibiotics. Returned and called West Harbor Dental, they got me in and took care of my issue.
Dr Mike and assistants are awesome. wouldn't go anywhere else. For that matter the hole staff in that building are awesome

Shelley is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was through and spent time on details. She did an excellent job. I had absolutely no discomfort during or following my cleaning. I particularly enjoyed her dedication to continue the procedure even after the power went off. Very nice person! Very nice job!

First time there, Dr. Mike was very knowledgeable clean and friendly staff, going back in a week I have my teeth cleaned professionally, Not all my x-rays were covered under insurance? Dr. Mike said it was OK and did the extra x-rays free of charge? Really a neat place, and a good view to watch the birds! They installed the birdfeeders outside of each window.

I always have a good time at West Harbor and they always take care of my needs, but this time was different. My hygienist Lisa was absolutely amazing and took such good care of me. She spoke to me and carried on a nice conversation as well as took great care of my teeth. Someone give this woman a raise! She absolutely exemplifies how I want to be treated as a patient and how I want to be spoken to as a person. Overall an amazing dentist office and I highly recommend them.
