Steve and his team are great. Before we moved to town our insurance agent was hard to reach and not informative. Soon after we moved to the area we met with Steve; he walked through all of our policies and made some great suggestions. His team is equally as knowledgable and professional. They do not pay claims after being a long time customer with no claims. They never sent an agent to see damage denied over phone. Had a leak from 2nd floor bathroom to the the 1st floor. the leak could not have been prevented or know about before the SUDDEN GUSH OF WATER THROUGH THE CEILING! Do not use this company. read reviews and comment of all of their customers at #statefarmsucks

I'd been working with Nick Ancona on a policy and called really frustrated one day about something unrelated to State Farm. Nick listened and immediately sought to help out. He called me back after addressing the issue with another party and assured me it was all taken care of. I've never met him and felt he went above and beyond to ensure that not only was I satisfied but that my needs were met. I recommend this office. I've has State Farm throughout the years and am always impressed with the service.
