Clean, friendly, keep you posted on progress, and overall awesome service during a frustrating time dealing with an accident! Although I don’t enjoy being a repeat customer, will continue to bring my vehicles here as needed!

Was recommended here so I brought my vehicle here for insurance claim fix to my front bumper. Was ready on time & was kept updated, but there are some minor mistakes on the racing stripes and where the hood meets the bumper that I am not happy about. They could be a 5 star business but I can't agree with that in my opinion.

My wife and I took her 2001 MR2 Spyder into this shop for collision repair. Wow, they did a great job at a real reasonable cost. We were impressed enough, before the work was even finished, to have them replace the power window motor on my 2010 E250 Van. They took less time to complete the task, and they charged me quite a bit less than they quoted.
The technician took the time to show me how he did it and the tools he used.
I was very happy with everything they did. They were professional and just nice people.

The team at Brad's fixed my rear bumper after I was hit. The service was great—they were very straightforward, thorough, and fast. I got text updates throughout notifying me of the status. It was easy to work through my insurance, and arrange a rental car. And my car now looks like new!
I'd initially considered a few other body shops, but was really not impressed by their initial communications. Happy to report Brad's was different: super professional, friendly, and responsive. Thank you for the great service!

Had the unfortunate experience of requiring the services of a collision shop not once or twice but three times now and each time we took our vehicle to Brads Deer Valley Collision. On each visit we experienced professional, timely and quality work! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars! They have always made the process simple, easy and as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Doug is a very friendly and honest man. He was spot on about the money and for that transparency means a lot. Darrell the mechanic did an exceptional job as well. To the receptionist at the front to all the details they looked at, I highly recommend them.

The “other guys” insurance was getting the bill for the rear end of my cherished highlander. There was a thing on the front end under the bumper that had been bothering me for months (not part of the accident). I asked him if he would remove it or fix it and put it on a separate bill.
Well, he fixed it and when I asked him how much it would be, he said no charge, said he “told me he would fix it” and he did.
It was just like the good old days!! I’ll send everyone I know
