My sister had her eye on a wedding dress from BHLDN for years. Finally the day came where she became engaged so we traveled to Carlsbad from Arizona to try on her dress and make it a reality. We started with her bridal appointment and she tried on a few dresses but ultimately decided her dream dress was the one (how often does that actually happen?!). Next we had a bridesmaid appointment with BHLDN for me and the two other bridesmaids. The appointment felt rushed (only an hour allotted), but we found one we all liked. I have to shoutout and leave a glowing review specifically for Nel! She was extremely helpful, cared about me and my wedding, and made the experience so fun! I came in with two bridesmaids to look for bridesmaid dresses and Nel was attentive and patient with us as we discussed ideas and potential mix and match options. I scheduled an appointment to meet with a stylist to try on bridal dresses. BHLDN has a beautiful crafted selection, online and in-person. When I arrived, we were immediately asked to "look around and pick out some that I liked", which, as my first experience trying on bridal dresses, was very overwhelming (esp after I had submitted a handful of dresses that I wanted to try on when I made the appointment).
The stylist that assisted me was very kind, although seemed novice. In comparison to a different bridal shop I visited, it seemed that she was lacking the enthusiasm and attentiveness

I had an appointment at this location with Jared and I could not have possibly had a better experience. I have had other bridal consultations that came nowhere close to this experience. Jared was calm, informative and simply made it a great experience trying on dresses. I found my dress here almost immediately and had the best bridal experience. Me and part of my bridal party were here over the weekend for my bridal dress appointment! I was so nervous and almost didn't want to do this part because I hate trying dresses on and feeling so uncomfortable! I'm so thankful that Sawyer was our stylist! She was so kind and friendly and made us all feel super comfortable!! I came to BHLDN for round two of trying on wedding gowns (my first experience being at David's Bridal). My appointment at BHLDN had a very different feel (in a good way!). My stylist, Sawyer, was an absolute delight to work with. She offered her suggestions for alterations, accessories, etc. and was super approachable, fun, and encouraging throughout the appointment. Please note that you will likely need to size up 1-2 sizes from your street clothes... wedding dress often tend to run smaller. Overall, I had an outstanding experience here and would recommend BHLDN to anyone in the market for

Pretty dresses. Looks like the prices are very good for a typical wedding dress. The reason for the low review is I went in to see their selection before setting an appointment to try on dresses. No one even spoke to me. Not sure if it was because I was dressed down after work, but I definately got the "dont look at her and she'll go away" vibe. If you're considering this place get an appointment first otherwise you aren't worth a glance. Hopefully this is not everyone else's experience.

Embarrassed to be a size 16. Online they seem size inclusive, but don't let them fool you. When I got to the store, I asked if there was a plus size section. The stylist said "About that... all of the dresses in our shore room are available to try on in a size 4 or 14. If you want to order it bigger when you buy it, you can." I watched 3 brides that were on the smaller side look beautiful in all of their dresses. I felt like the hulk, my body plunging out in every direction. When I told her it was too tight, she suggested I look at the dress on a plus size model on their website

If you are looking for a wedding dress, then this is the place! I saw the philomene gown on the website and fell in love! I was set to visit my sister in California and was elated to find a location close to her. My stylist Sawyer was absolutely amazing, not only did she have the dress I wanted to try but she had pulled a few other beautiful gowns she thought I would like as well. Once I tried this dress I knew instantly it was the one for me. The fit was perfect as if it was made for me, it hugged my waist perfectly, there is no need for a bra and has cups built in for support

I can't not say enough good things about my experience shopping for my wedding dress and Sawyer! We are smack dab in the height of Covid pandemic and I felt safe, clean and respected the entire time we were shopping. Sawyer made the whole experience fun and easy! She was super helpful and obviously great at her job and she enjoys it too! I highly recommend the whole process!!!! It def wouldn't have been as enjoyable with out Sawyer. I found a beautiful dress and had an amazing time doing it. I will never forget how special yet simple the whole process was due mostly to Sawyers genuinely

I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping and did it more to please people in my life than for me (I would've gone to Macy's and bought the first white dress I saw). Despite my often 'blah' attitude towards weddings, I have admired BHLDN dresses for several years now. My experience with this BHLDN was AMAZING! Sawyer was an absolute dream to work with - she exuded kindness and was incredibly welcoming, honest, and really reminded me of some of my friends, she was so great! She made my mom and I feel so comfortable during our first two appointments here (one for bridal dresses, and one for mother of the bride dresses), and continued helping us through e-mail correspondence. She was also fantastic at taking notes, and really understood what I was looking for in style, all the while giving me great tips about fit, alterations, etc.

Where to begin!? Mariah is an absolute miracle worker. She was so incredibly attentive, kind, warm, and encouraging. Her counterpart, Sawyer, was also a total dream. Given the current situation with COVID, wedding dress shopping looks...a bit different these days. I said "YES" to the dress. After seven fittings in total, five fittings post my first dress fitting at BHLDN, I was able to try on many different styles of dresses but I could not stop thinking about my favorite one that I felt the most beautiful in, which was Harmony from the BHLDN collection at Anthropologie in Carlsbad. My second fitting was not as exciting as my first as at this point it felt more like a job to find a dress. What a wonderful experience! BHLDN is a beautiful bridal shop with some gorgeous dresses. But what's always most important is a great bridal consultant, and Mariah is the best of the best! Although I did not end up with a BHLDN dress, Mariah made the experience so enjoyable and relaxing. We had the last appointment of the day too (I highly recommend this) so the place was nice and quiet! Bravo Mariah, thank for an awesome bridal experience!!!

I had several appointments at BHLDN while I was deciding which dresses and what styles I liked. BHLDN is the first place I ever tried on dresses at. I visited a few other bridal salons in North County, but decided to go with BHLDN for both of my wedding dresses, let me tell you a bit about why!
All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and courteous. A wedding gown is a big purchase, never once did I feel pressured to buy my dress in store, they even offered me the option of calling them to order a dress, if you place the order through the store there is no shipping charge vs. online

Fantastic service! My sister is getting married and she wanted to try on dresses while I was in town. I got a dress from BHLDN so was excited to visit this store. It is located within Anthropologie and sells dresses and accessories for the whole bridal party as well as wedding dresses. We made an appointment (you need to do this!) and she looked through the website and picked out a few of her favorite styles.
