Our estimator meets with you and to go over the painting work you want done on your house. At this point, we answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about your project. We then follow up with a comprehensive proposal laying out the painting process from start to finish, with an exact job cost.
At the beginning of the job, the painter foreman and the estimator will meet you at the project. The foreman will have a complete job write up that follows the specifications outlined on your original painting proposal. At this time, the job is gone over for any needed clarifications. All painting work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with paint manufacturers specifications.

We know you have a choice when it comes to residential painting contractors in Clackamas, Happy Valley, and Oregon City. That's why Franklin Painting and Restoration makes it our business to provide you the very best in residential painting services. Whether it's the interior or the exterior of your home that needs painting, Franklin Painting and Restoration has the expert house painters you need to get the job done.
Finding the right commercial painter for your construction or renovation project can be a major nightmare. Not every commercial painting contractor is created equal after all - and while there's no lack of commercial painters in the Clackamas, Happy Valley, and Oregon City area, not all of them will be the best contractor for the job.
Interior painting has always been more than just slapping a few cans of Valspar on your living room walls. The amount of finishing that goes into the interior of any sort of structure, no matter if it's a residential home or a commercial business, is often a surprise to many who don't have the requisite knowledge or experience in home decoration and design.

As a General Contractor it is critical that we work with only the best sub-contractors as they are an extension of our company/brand. We have worked with Franklin Painting on several projects and they have been great. Whenever we have had a few bumps in the road they always rectify them in a quick and professional manner. Great painting companies are hard to find, you don't need to look any further.

Been trying for over a year now to get caulking done correctly. Paid in full, saw that caulking wasn't done correctly. Multiple attempts over the year to get corrected, commits to fix, no one shows. Highly recommend NOT paying until you have the job totally checked out. Not good way to do business, I had even referred him to others based on his commitment to rectify the problem right off the bat.

Jason and his crew did a great job for us. We are restoring a home in NE Portland and special care was needed in considering lead-based paint and all the detail work on these old homes. They provided a fair bid, told us about the process, communicated well and quickly took care of any issues that came up.
Jason was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, realistic and reasonable about our painting needs and timeline. I have recommended Franklin to several of my clients and colleagues and will definitely be using them in the future.

Our eight year old home was badly in need of a paint/caulk job and some minor dry rot repair. I contacted Ken Verhallen painting in Oregon City for a quote but they were booked for the season. They referred me to Franklin Painting and Restoration.
Owner, Jason Owens was quick to respond to my quote request and came out the next business day. His knowledge of construction techniques that were used on my house and his ability to point out possible problem areas that might arise and have solutions to those areas impressed me greatly. His bid was very reasonable compared to the five other bids I received

I asked for a quote for painting our house, and while the owner did come out and give me an estimate, i never heard from him again - even after repeated calls. I guess he wasn't interested in the business. Since he hasn't returned my calls I will find another painter. I do not recommend Franklin Painting due to their unprofessionalism.
