DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My birthday is today (10/20/21) and my husband decided to have a pink and white bouquet in a glass vase delivered to my job to go along with a pink birthday celebration planned for me. The flowers arrived at my job with the wrong name AND the wrong floral arrangement in a brown basket. My husband called and spoke to a gentleman who said he'd have the correct floral arrangement delivered and he'd graciously throw in some balloons for the error and inconvenience. The second delivery was made by Jasmine with no balloons. Jasmine didn't have a clue what I was talking about and

Barb's provided the floral arrangements for my step mom's funeral and I am very pleased. I ordered all white flowers and they arrived very fresh and white not yellow like some other flower shops, this made me very happy. The standing cross looked better then the online catalog photo and everyone said yall did a beautiful job. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.

I wanted to purchase some flowers for my fiance as a surprise before she got home. I went to barbs and waited until 830 and no one had showed up to open the store. I called their store and no one had answered shortly later I got a call from someone from barbs saying that someone would be there in a few mins but 10 mins later no one was there. Sadly I had to get flowers elsewhere so as to surprise my fiance before she got home,it's a shame to be honest it looked like they had some beautiful flowers inside 😓

First off I wanted to start about how rude these people are . I did not order flowers from here nor will I ever order flowers from here Bc they can’t even deliver them to the right person . They delivered some flowers to my job with my first name but a different last name . I called the company to confirm if they had sent them to the right place , the woman on the phone stated they were sent to the right place and hung up . My shift ends and I go home with the flowers after I had called to double check if they were for me . About 3 hours later my phone began to blow up from coworkers saying a

Very rude people . Went to buy my girlfriend some flowers from here and the flowers were basically dead , very ugly and cheap looking. I will never return my business here horrible service. And also as I’m going through the comments I see that the owner or whoever is in charge of this place has horrible customer care as well . As I was taught the customer is always right especially when they’re paying people like y’all for your business. VERY unprofessional. I don’t recommend.
