I am a native of central Florida. I grew up on a horse farm in Ocala and moved to Orlando in 1996. I've literally been practicing massage for over 35 years. As a young child my parents both worked two full times each to help ends meet. In between jobs my mom would love to have her feet massaged after working on the horse farm before heading out as a server at night.
My moms feet would scream for for a foot massage and I did my best to relieve her pain; thus a career was born. It was later in my mid 20's that my passion to help others through the power of touch was reignited. I then attended the Florida College of Natural Health and graduated in 2005.

A therapy session that involves addressing knots and hot spots in the muscle with direct pressure for a short period of time in efforts to relax the muscle to release lactic acid; the result of bringing rich oxygenated blood to the muscle to relieve pain. Weekend warrior to Iron Man. Sports massage can encompass Trigger point, Deep compression, friction, jostling (vibration) and Swedish.
Kenny takes the time before each and every appointment to listen and assess what my needs are at that moment. Sometimes I need to just relax and unwind, while other times I need more detailed work. Either way, Kenny delivers above and beyond. I recommend him to everyone. He is a phenomenal massage therapist.

Kenny is awesome, he’s knowledgeable friendly, and really good at what he does. I received a deep tissue massage for my tight muscles and of course the next day I was sore ( to be expected)but as the days went on I felt better and better I felt like I was able to stand up straighter my back ache went away. My back feels amazing and I’m going to go back and see him on a regular basis.
