Since 1998, Dr. Scott Stachelek has been welcoming those in Montclair and Manassas to experience exceptional wellness. Named after the Marine Corps and core wellness concept, True North Chiropractic, has evolved into a watering hole for wellness. This vision represents our office culture as a gathering place where everyone is welcome.
We understand the importance that your nervous system plays in your health. Through chiropractic care, we'll help you function properly so you can make exceptional wellness your norm. Specializing in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care, we also welcome those with sensory disorders to discover care in our welcoming environment.

Through talks hosted at True North Chiropractic and corporate wellness talks, Dr. Scott strives to educate the community one family at a time. We do in-house workshops at True North Chiropractic to discuss where health comes from.
Here at True North Chiropractic, we would like to partner with you during your pregnancy and then with your children during the early stages of life in hopes of raising healthy, happy adults. Chiropractic care throughout pregnancy can relieve and even prevent the pain and discomfort frequently experienced in pregnancy, and creates an environment for an easier, safer delivery.
We're always focusing on helping mothers have a stress-free pregnancy as mom's health can affect baby's health. We'll help create a positive, environment of ease so that when your delivery happens, things go as you planned and are as noninvasive as possible. Technique: The Webster technique is beneficial for pregnant women as it helps align their hips and pelvis.

My first experience with this Chiropractor was fantastic. He made me feel very valued, and seemed to care greatly about my health needs…so why the 3 stars, keep reading…Dr. Scott encouraged me to come back with my husband to work out a payment plan. We’ll, the next time I came back, my husband couldn’t come. We’re active duty military. From there everything went downhill. He seemed pretty disappointed he didn’t come. And all of the sudden every appointment I had from there on out was wayyyy different. Dr. Scott no longer seemed to care about us because I chose NOT to sign up for this

Thankful to find such a great practice, personally and professionally. I come from a family of chiropractors, and it’s nice to have someone local to trust. Dr. Scott & Dr. Jerry take good care us! I love their holistic approach in their care. They were able to find that I have adrenal issues and that my C1 was a little out of wack. Not to mention they helped me so much with my slipped disc. They also helped my husband and my youngest son. We finally persuaded my oldest son to go in and he was impressed with the scans and adjustment. They have helped us so much and we are thankful to have found them!
