New Birth Landscaping transformed my yard! My now great looking yard started out as a weed covered, poorly graded land. I was driving on the highway in 820 in Fort Worth when a rock came off the back of one the company trucks and struck my windshield. The rock made a crack in my windshield, I took down the information and called them to inform them. Rather than trying to apologize and or attempt to fix the situation they simply said there is nothing they could do about it. The truck did not have a “keep 100 feet away” sign or any other type of warning on it. Do not expect any type of customer service from this establishment, they obviously could care less.

Dustin and Chris were great to work with. They installed a new sprinkler system with a controller that has wifi connections to set up and adjust the system. There were some difficulties for me but Chris and Dustin were quick to help and willing to come back to make adjustments as needed. I really like the system and am really glad I don't have to drag the sprinkler heads around the yard any more. Thank you!!!

I don't think this is a very good company. I've never been one who likes businesses that write clear false reviews. I mean have you seen the ladies response that a rock hit her car from one of their trucks or the one where one of their employees ran a person off the road. I bet they are the kind of people who take the last bit of cereal and then put the empty box back on the shelf. I do wonder if they feel responsible. Bet they don't.
