Dan Zaugg has been running the show since 1978 and has acquired an impressive resume of projects with a fair share of challenges overcome along the way. Modern Landscaping has been in business since 1978 and has the knowlege, experience, expertise, and equipment to do the job right the first time. Initial Consultations are always free! Modern Landscaping L.L.C. is an established, design - build landscape, excavation, construction business that can execute a wide variety of projects for clients that appreciate quality, cost effective work.
Our landscaping needs were many and varied, and we're very please that Modern Landscaping took on the job with careful planning and quality results. Dan Zaugg and his crew were creative, patient and thorough each step of the way. He offered a variety of alternatives that suited our budget, listened carefully to our wishes, and paid close attention to detail.
We have the machinery to get the job done! Our backhoes, skid steers, and light excavation equipment handle a wide variety of tasks. We most often use our equipment as part of our landscaping contracting but we also use our equipment in specialty jobs such as drainage, foundation work, retaining walls, and road improvements.
