Always get great service!! Cold winter morning, no problem to check my tire pressure, funny feeling in the front end, no worries, replaced my shocks and ordered the other parts. They keep all my "special" rides on the road safe. Able to do all the maintenance on my new rides as well. Highly recommend!!!!

On our trip from New Mexico to Iowa, the steering tightened up on interstate going 75 mph. As soon as I could pull off, we ended up in Brush, CO. I knew it had something to do with power steering. A gas station clerk recommended this place. Showed up there and explained what was happening. They worked us into their schedule, diagnosed missing power steering belt, fixed it, and within 1.5 hours, we were on our way, with exceptional service at a very decent rate! They knew we were traveling a great distance and also did a quick check on other stuff to make sure we were road ready for the rest of

One of the best auto repair shops in the country! My family and I were traveling back home and broke down on I-76 near Fort Morgan. We were very lucky to find A&R Automotive! After getting an outrageously expensive quote from a dealership, the folks at A&R worked hard to find me the right parts at a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge! And, the workmanship was every bit as good as a dealership. Thank you for the friendly, professional service! Strongly recommend taking your car to this shop if you want quality work at very reasonable prices!

My volkswagen picked up a nail in the rear tire but was holding pressure, so we limped in to A&R after speaking with the young woman who answers the phone. First rate service at a great price by techs who know their stuff. A very reasonable charge for patching and plugging a nearly new tire. Highly recommended.

Tow set up thru car insurance roadside service ...which typically they screw up. ( Progressive)
Was texted A & R info...called them immediately to confirm time I would be present with car keys to access vehicle.
The tow driver was already on his way! So glad I called.... to set a tow time as insurance did not reiterate.
Lynette in the A & R office was extremely helpful and dispatched correct tow time to driver.
Not only did the driver Jimmy (James) call me later to confirm he was on his way, but as I sent my son to meet tow truck, Jimmy called me again to report vehicle tow was completed

Made an appointment for a few things to be looked at/ get done, i.e. brakes, sensor for abs/tpms/tc, dash lights not working, engine oil leak, and a loud annoying rattle like something underneath is loose. got it back ($1,098 bill) and the brakes were making a HIDEOUS noise, they said there was no engine oil leak, they couldn't find the rattle, the tpms light still comes on, the dash lights still don't work, AND...they did an oil change it didn't need that they charged me for. took it back in on a Thursday because of the brake noise and because it would be nice to see how fast I

My boyfriend and I were traveling from Lincoln, Nebraska to Denver, Colorado and had car troubles on the way. A & R was the closest shop to us. We arrived at a time when they were completely booked for the day & closing in 30 minutes. Arvin & his team immediately diagnosed the problem and offered to stay 2 hours late to fix it so that we could get to our destination that evening. Great customer service. I would strongly recommend A&R.

Honesty and integrity are things that are lacking in our society. They are definitely not lacking at A&R! EXCELLENT customer service from everyone we've encountered!
My husband and I are relatively new to the Brush community with us relocating here with his company. Having plenty of experience in this field, finding all new services can sometimes be an exhausting challenge. Finding A&R was such a blessing. As long as we are in Eastern Colorado, A&R is and will be our 'go to' for our automotive needs.
