Great and friendly service! everyone always greets you with a smile. I've been getting my taxes completed by Jan Hoover for over 15 years. Jan has always been very professional and up front about what she will be billing me for the great work she does. Very poor experience. I met with Jan well in advance of tax season in order to make sure I had all the information to her that she would need. I am well aware that I have a very complex tax return however showed her previous years returns and asked for an estimate of approximately how much this year's return would cost. She indicated 500 to $600. I try to provide very organized information on a spreadsheet. When I picked up my return the bill was $880. She had never contacted me to let me know it would be substantially more than her estimate. I don't appreciate surprises like this and don't like

I have been working with Jan Hoover and her direct assistant Deanna Bratcher to file my taxes for almost a decade now. They are the best! I have relatively complicated tax returns and they always handle them quickly and professionally. There have been many occasions where I have been late to get them my tax return information, but every time, they have still been able to get my returns filed promptly and properly. Their rates are extremely competitive and they are the best value I've seen out there. But most importantly... they are just good people.
