I never leave bad reviews. But this time I had to.
I was planning on using T&S Cleaning Pros for the first time.
The cleaners were supposed to show up at 9am but never showed up, even buffering for the 1 - 1.5 hour possible delay they let me know. I called three times after 10:30am and no one picked up from T&S Cleaning Pros. I even emailed to check.
Earlier this week, I had spoken to Vann clearly about my address and paid the deposit over the phone. We exchanged some follow up emails after where she was not aware I already booked. Vann seemed confused so this should have been the first red

(Updated review) I am downgrading my original review from 5 to 2 stars (see below for original review). The second time I hired this cleaning company, I asked for maintenance cleaning of my home. T&S charges more than two and a half times what other cleaning services charge for my home, so I expected top-notch quality. This second cleaning was done by three women who appeared to be much less experienced and thorough at housekeeping. Jevon (spelling?) with T&S was wonderful to work with by phone as my husband and I went through a lengthy and borderline disastrous home buying process, complete with five closing date changes within nine days. We finally got our carpets cleaned today, which our sellers allowed their three dogs to *ahem* ruin as soon as they accepted our offer on the home.
