We had a terrible experience here today. The sales person was unable to answer questions so we asked to speak with finance. The person from finance we talked to did not like being questioned and just got up and walked away while making rude comments. I work in customer service and if I or any of my co workers spoke to anybody like that we would be fired on the spot but it seems this company doesn’t care about customer service. If your not handing them money they don’t want to even talk to you. This dealership could use a complete overhaul from appearance to staff.

Dutch Miller is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. The customer service department is awesome. When I got there for a service call they informed me that the car had a recall and that it would take 2 - 3 hours and offered me a ride home and back through Uber. I live in Gastonia and that's no short ride, 30 minutes plus. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS DUTCH MILLER I APPRECIATE YOU.

I brought my mother’s car in and received exceptional service. I was offered an Uber so I didn’t have to wait while I had other scheduled appointments. Tito, the Sales Advisor provided professional, great customer service. The consistent communication via text/as well as by phone on servicing/recommended services, was also a major plus. I purchased my Kia Stinger here back in 2018 and have been taking it here for service ever since. I live in Rock Hill, SC but make the trip just to get it serviced at Dutch Miller simply because they always take care of me. My service representative Ralph Condrey always informs me of what's needed and makes sure to explain what is urgent and what can be held off for later service. Top notch service! Thank You!

The worst car dealership I have ever had. First off a few years ago I bought a 2016 Sedona there and was told that my car would appreciate in value and they basically pimped out my credit to a company that deals in bad credit loans. Then back in March I traded it in for the new 2022 Kia carnival. I had gap money still left on my old car. I called them and I left voicemail after voicemail to receive the check and they either refuse to pick up the phone or lie to me about it. Do not buy anything from there. They will screw you out off money.

Work was done fairly quickly but not sure how seriously they taking this covid. Almost nobody had masks on or either they were chin diapers that they would pull-up when they saw someone coming. Must not understand people can be asymptomatic and spread to each other. Use extra precautions here.....

Ask for Trevor! He is the nicest! I went there to get my tires replaced and while waiting decided to take a look at new vehicles. It was my first time browsing cars as a young adult and didn't know what to expect as far as a car salesperson attitude goes. I was approached by several employees and dismissed them but eventually had gathered enough thoughts/questions and discussed them with Trevor. He didn't pressure me in any way and was super laid back. Answered all questions I had and gave me information I didn't know I even needed. He made the experience 10x better and more enjoyable

I drove to your CLT Kia dealership because of the GREAT way that I was treated after buying my Hyundai from your Huntington dealership.

I was promptly welcomed by James.

I advised James that I was looking for a new or used vehicle, (with low miles - less than 40,000) with monthly payments at $200 below, zero down, on a 60-month or shorter term.

I test drove several vehicles & the GSM advised me that the banks were quoting $239 monthly - with $1,000 down. Despite my zero-down preference, I agreed to a $1,000 down while stating that $200 is my highest preference.

Not a good experience, especially since this is my first dealership I had come to visit. I walked in and the first thing is we sat and talked about what I was looking for. We test drove a car, however the sales man could not even find the car in the parking lot. As soon as we came back for the test drive, I asked for some prices and quotes. The sales guy looked at me like I was a joke - as if he didn't care or wanted to give me any business. I came out not knowing any prices he can work with nor any additional information. After telling the dealership over the telephone that I wanted one of three cars on their lot, all something that I could afford and being told over the phone that "we have dealers that will work with you," I show up to do business and was told they would "bring out something that would best get me an approval."
