When it comes to real estate, you don't generally think of the words unorthodox, laid back, and entrepreneurial spirit. However, as a Jacksonville native, long time beach resident, outside of the box thinker and inventor, I can't help but to bring this new twist to everything I'm passionate about. My life has been a steady progression of upward movement and since real estate was such a natural fit, it opened the doors to even greater things.
I credit my career to my support system. Family and friends, especially my husband Len Troscher who has been my biggest fan; the reason why I have a never quit unorthodox attitude, and an ability to reach beyond what I do everyday. To everyone that has ever given me a hand up, support, a chance, an opportunity, or just a simple thank you, words cannot express my gratitude.

When I was first referred to Amy, I had Absolutely NO IDEA on how to sell my home . Amy answered all my questions and always responded the same day ( really the same hour).
She is very polite, patient and professional. I can tell you that she made my entire experience wonderful and worth while !!!!! Her team of professionals were awesome as well , thanks Jaime and Chad!

We again had an excellent experience with Amy and Len. We have purchased multiple homes through them and just finished closing on a home we sold. They went over and above anything we expected once again. We have had the opportunity to use the services of many good realtors but Amy and Len are definitely the best! The accuracy of the sales price using their comps was right on target and their advice on negotiation was greatly appreciated. The guidance they gave in preparing the home for sale was invaluable.
