This session combines the best of yoga and massage. Treatment is performed on a mat on the floor and comfortable clothing is worn to allow flow of movement. Customized to the needs of each person, therapists use compression, acupressure, and passive stretching techniques to open the flow of energy throughout your body.

Suzy is amazing and has magical hands!! I’m the most ticklish person on the planet and I’ve never had a professional massage. Her touch was so relaxing. She is so knowledgeable about how much pressure to apply and where to apply the pressure. I am not going anywhere else!! She is outstanding!

I received one of the best massages ever and highly recommend the thai massage. The studio space was so beautiful and calming, as well as all of Suzy's decor. She was very thorough and my relaxed muscles and peace of mind lasted for a long time.
