It all started in 2009 when the economy took a down turn and Aaron Cochran, who was working for a landscape restoration company, was let go. At the age of 24, Aaron decided it was time to follow his dream of going into business for himself. He went to his father (Ron Cochran), told him he was going to start a business and asked to borrow a lawn mower and some basic hand tools.
Aaron immediately got to work maintaining lawns for people he knew, friends, family, and family of friends. Slowly he started doing small repair and installation projects gaining knowledge with each success and failure along the way. Aaron eventually had enough business that he started looking for larger projects that would require a license.

Landscapes By Cochran is a fraud. They are using photos of another company’s work and showing it off as their own. When confronted about this, they blocked every single person on their Facebook page who said… that it wasn’t their work. The company who ACTUALLY created the water feature is Rockface Waterscapes.

Cochran Landscapes really did an awesome job putting the finishing touches around our new backyard pool build. Fair pricing, hard working, flexible and most of all - they did exactly what Aaron Cochran said… they would do. On time every day, and complete clean up when they were done. I am so sad to say that after having two horrible experiences with other companies i was desperate i saw their truck drive by while driving i grabbed the number and called. They came and supposedly looked to do an estimate but weeks later i yet to receive it. no followup communication, no return phone calls, not a peep. i would not hire them now if… they were the best ever because i know they will again drop the ball and i'll be left with again my yard unfinished. i really hate that people can't be trusted, i really don't know how these people stay in business or how they can even get any

Thank you Aaron and company. I love my new front yard. The retaining wall looks amazing and I'm sure the plants will be MUCH happier with all that wonderful new soil. I appreciate the punctuality of all… involved and the way everything was left so nice, neat and clean when they finished. They were fast too - only a 1/2 days to build wall, redo planting with new soil and some new plants, supply new irrigation and install fabric and bark. Five stars from me!

Beyond impressed, Aaron and his team are absolutely incredible! Listened to every need, and was able to come up with a solution to the issues I was having with my front yard. Absolutely gorgeous! His team… worked very fast and was able to complete the job in one day. I’m impressed with his team and their attention to those small details that’s just makes your yard breath taking to say the least,Job well done THANK YOU!
