Using time-honored, authentic Swedish massage techniques, this massage is designed to increase circulation and relax weary muscles, inducing pure relaxation. A rhythmic treatment designed to ease areas of muscle tension and soreness using our muscle-warming oil/aromatherapy combined with a variety of specialized massage techniques and stretching.
This is allowed when extenuating circumstances exist, such as illness or seasonal residency. You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of four months. Memberships may be unfrozen at any time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.
Indulge your skin with this pampering facial! This treatment includes a Pore Perfecting Facial, customized to your skin type. A luxurious collagen mask is applied for enhanced hydration and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles followed by a scalp massage. This restorative facial treatment is perfect for someone suffering from very oily and acne prone skin.

Had a massage from Rachel and will definitely be back! This was my first time at this spa and the atmosphere there is just right! The rooms are very spacious, too - much bigger than any other spa I've ever been to. The staff that I encountered were all professional and down-to-earth. I felt comfortable there and look forward to booking with Rachel again!

1,000 times yes highly recommend! Used to go here all the time before I moved. Not sure if she's still there or not, but Lindsey is AMAZING for deep tissue massages. They are also really great for facials as well! Which is surprising because I've typically found places are good at either one or the other. This place truly has the best of both worlds.

My therapist is David, I have been going to him for 4 years now and his work is nothing but the best! He has always been a good listener, provides excellent service and focuses on the spots I need worked on. I have always felt comfortable with David. Every time I go to The Retreat, I leave feeling brand new. Highly reccommend his service. Kiara the receptionist is super friendly too. Amy the owner is so sweet as well and David gives the best massages ever.

Have a major back issue & been going here several times a month for a while now. I will definitely continue after this is all over! My issues have lessened & I sleep better! Everyone there is amazing & friendly.
The atmosphere is relaxing & clean & the music is perfect for the atmosphere. They have natural oil diffusers so it always smells welcoming. Decor & rooms, all create the relaxing mood I've been looking for.
My regular go to is David. If you want to majority relax, go see him or anyone there. Everyone's technique is different so find the one that fits for you. I've been working from home
