My father went to this facility after having an upper knee amputation. He was independent prior to his surgery. He was in this facility for 100 days. They were supposed to rehabilitate him and send him home with a prosthetic leg. When I picked him up he was bedbound and in the worst condition he has ever been in. The social worker never updated me on his progress and when i called to mention it she said we may was well discuss his discharge plans. The administrator didnt really care when I complained said he would get back to me and never did. I requested copies of his medical records the lady

So far I gv this place 1 star hopefully this will change, my mom has been here 2days , day 1 a caregiver was very rude to her whn she asked for help with something, tht same evening she needed assistance to the bathroom so she used the call button. No one showed up for over 2hrs. My mom had to gather the strength to get to tht bathroom on her own which terrifies me bcus she's a high fall risk patient(the medical ban on her wrist says FALL RISK!). Visiting today I pressed the help button 3xs no one showed up. My mom is a heart patient and dialysis patient and she needs someone to respond whn the

What a true pleasure it was to be a patient at this facility. All of the staff I encountered were nice and caring. They do their very best to accommodate everyone and make you feel loved and cared for. The recreation department is amazing. A special shout out to Carrie and her team. They are the heart of the operation. Also a huge thanks to Michelle for taking the time to give me a haircut. I felt at home as if I were with my own family. Was very pleased and it was bitter sweet when it came time for me to leave.

The best I can say is overall decent, but I do not recommend. A family member was there short-term and received the most basic rehab, so I can't speak to longer stays or more intense care. She was alarmed and hurt that staff would not answer for hours (if at all) when she rang the call button. This happened multiple times. I don't need to mention the 'what ifs,' but I too was hurt and alarmed.
That issue was consistent with how difficult it was for me to get med staff and social workers on the phone for updates and questions. They seemed comfortable with ignoring me. Only when we escalated the

Coming to a nursing home for the first time I had a few concerns and was a little nervous. I had the chance to review two choices and I chose Stratford. When I got here the staff was very friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and very attentive. They made my transition from home very smoothly. I had the pleasure of meeting De’Vaun from admissions and Natasha from social service my first day here and they were very professional and had a lot of knowledge of the building. I also had the pleasure of having some amazing cna’s (D. Lawson, Elizabeth, Marietta) helped take care of me while was on isolation
