I have been coming here literally for decades. Because they are amazing. Professional, efficient, clean, top notch staff, and when Dr Chan took it over from Dr Stock, it was a wanted evolution. Both tops in their fields. I have never been upsold something I didn't really need. or had a less than brilliant referral. The staff is always high caliber.
Today I had a scheduled cleaning with a new tech to me named Alicia. Another brilliant addition to the crew. Professional, insightful, and easy to chat with. I had a wonderful experience and would book her again without hesitation.

Love the dentist but never loved the receptionist. When I called to make appointment she did not inform me that I will be charged $75 if I can't make it. It was my fault that I couldn't make it but I really didn't know I will be charged $75 for no show. Will not come back to this place anymore since they have a very bad receptionist ( I told them so many time before how bad she was) . Sorry Dr. Chan but no sorry to the receptionist. No inform and wanted to bill me????? What type of operation is that?

I really like Dr. Chan and his practice. They are kind, responsive, caring and ethical. I have always had great experiences with his practice as well as at any referrals he has given me. I always feel like they don't push you to do more than is required but at the same time look out for your best interest. It is a very good operation and the entire staff is very professional. They do great work too.

Dr Chan and his staff exceeded my expectations! I recently moved from the East Coast to the Bay Area where several friends suggested Dr. Chan's dental practice. I had been with a wonderful dentist for over 28 years, so my expectations were very high. I found Dr Chan to be knowledgeable, informative and humble, taking care of all my needs and even being more thorough than a previous dentist. Carla at the front desk was great getting me on board. Dr Chan's assistant, AnhThu, was very competent, and my dental hygienist, Loretta, was experienced and coached me through new recommendations

What a special office. One of the reasons I transferred from my dentist of 20+ years was because of the office manager Carla. She is genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable about how things run, insurance, etc. You can tell she wants you to have a positive experience and I felt embraced by them as a family. Then I met Dr. Chan and his staff and they continued the same feeling of attention to detail, very caring and they love their job. Dr. Chan is truly into his profession and its wonderful to be treated with enthusiasm.

Dr. Chan is a fantastic dentist! He is so gentle and kind. His work is flawless. I had 3 different procedures in one month and every single one was done with the utmost of care. He is truly an expert in his field and I would not hesitate to have him do any work. Carla who works the front desk is also a doll, in fact the entire staff is wonderful. Kudos also to Faye, his hygienest. She is the best ever. This office is hands down the best you will find anywhere. If I could give Dr. Chan 10 stars I would.

I HAVE MESSED UP TEETH, with all my fillings, gold & white crowns, and root canals. Yes, yes.. my fault because my childhood was starved of junk food and years of braces but also because genetically, my teeth just has these perfect gaps that hold on to food so tight. So I know for myself what a good dentist means after spending enough moolah on my teeth to buy another car (well, no beamer but a decent japanese model).
I was hesitant about going because I have a preference for female dentist thinking it would be easier to access my teeth- not the case with Dr. Chan because he had no issues

I have been a patient of Dr. Chan's for more than five years and can't say enough good things about him and his office. He is a consummate professional and does excellent work and provides an unparalleled level of comfort. From crowns to cosmetics, I have faith in his expertise and have experienced it firsthand. It's been a while since I went to the dentist so when I got my dental insurance the first thing I wanted to do was get a cleaning. Being new to Marin, I didn't know any good dentists so I asked around and Dr. Chan was recommended by my coworker.
Dr. Chan's office has a very relaxed atmosphere. The employees seemed happy to work there and were very friendly to me. They treated me with respect and I was informed of everything they were about to do. Also, his hygienist was very gentle and she cleaned my teeth very thoroughly.

Dr Chan is an awesome dentist. He is very knowledgable, gentle, and humble. The crown he placed looks completely natural and feels great!! My crown was near the front and it blends in perfectly. You can't tell I have a crown at all. Plus his office is really nice and really clean. Five stars all the way!
