Sam and Xavier went above and beyond! I had a decent scratch that went into my rear bumper's paint job, and I had sent out several requests for quotes that night. Surprisingly, Sam got back to me that same night! I was able to call-in the next day and actually drop by to discuss more and get an overall timeline for the process, and the guys covered everything I needed to know. Communication was great as I sent off a couple e-mails/texts to follow up and Sam was very prompt in responding.

We could not be happier that we found Auto Worx. From my first interaction with Sam, the owner, it was 5+ star service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like he was a friend after our first conversation.
He took our car in right away, offered to give us rides if we needed it, and provided a very competitive cost. The turn around was very quick and he was extremely transparent throughout the process and was very easy to get ahold of.
I honestly thought it was too good to be true, but on top of all of the above, the quality was excellent- our car looked brand new!

This place is hands-down the best auto body collision repair center I have ever been to. The quality of their repair job was phenomenal. I can’t tell you how happy I was to see my car looking better than it did prior to the accident. The thing that stood out the most though was the customer service. Sam was with me through the entire process. He was very clear, open and honest about his assessments and was able to seamlessly work with insurance and the rental car dealership to make sure that I didn’t have to worry about a thing during the process. Stopped by Automotive Worx cause they had a 5 Star Rating on Yelp, with only 6 reviews; did my part to give them their 7th. Apparently when they rebranded/renamed their facility, they lost all their old Yelp/Google stuff.
In any case, I brought my car in with some paint scratches, and Sam was more than happy to help out. He went over all the damage and explained all the options he could take to repair the car, and quoted me a more than reasonable rate for the work performed. He was professional and communicative over text through the entire process, and was helpful in working with my insurance

Top-notch quality work. Auto Worx delivered on everything as promised for my Audi Q5 bodywork (door panels and scratches on bumpers). The car looks brand new.
