Ostrander has made 3 attempts to fix a roof leak to no avail. I questioned the approach on the third attempt after another contractor said it was being done incorrectly. The owner never responded and continued the work. When I called after the roof leaked again, the guy who came out said something else was wrong and quoted me another thousand dollars. This company does not guarantee their work and doesn’t seem to care if a job is done correctly.

Had a bad roof leak and called them needing someone to come out ASAP and take a look and give me a price. Gentleman that answered the phone said he would check with field people and could probably have someone out within a couple of hours and would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours went by and I had to call them back. I was told "we can come out and repair it but you will be charged for two trips". I said to her "well I was told you give free estimates" and she said "yes we do, is that what you want?" and I told her that is what I told the guy before. She said "ok the earliest would be two days later
