The company was founded by Tom and Marie Sharp in October of 2000. The office broker, Ann Shiver, has lived in Pearland since 1970; while Tom and Marie currently reside in the Clear Lake area of Houston. The Sharps purchased their first property in 1998, followed by another in 2000 and a third in 2001.
