SEACON provides project management services to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of your projects. This can be provided in the form of over-all project responsibility, or for management of the engineering or construction phases. Our staff has the necessary experience to see the project through from any of these responsibilities.
We work with your project team to define the project goals and conduct field surveys to gain an understanding of the problems and the condition of existing equipment. Next we prepare a report to define the scope of the project and the system architecture required to meet the project goals and budget.
We provide the control system configuration and programming for most major brands of distributed control systems including Bailey, Fisher, Emerson, Foxboro, Honeywell and Rockwell PlantPAx. We start with the base regulatory controls to ensure a stable and capable process. This includes building regulatory points, Control algorithms, Batch Sequences, group start/stop controls, Custom graphics, Alarm and emergency functions, Logs and reports.
