I wish it was a way you could give zero stars. I visited this establishment on the 27th of January 2022 and needless to say it was the worst experience I have encountered at this particular pharmacy. The staff was very rude and did not even acknowledge I was standing there. They saw me walk in and continue to proceed with what they were doing and one individual acted as if she had seen a ghost. I feel maybe she could benefit from some cultural diversity classes because it is clear that she has some unconscious biases that she may not be aware of. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. I require a compounded medication for my senior dog. I called the refill in over a week before my medication was going to run out. The pharmacy never sends updates or “your refill is ready to be picked up” messages. So, a week later I went to pick up my medication, waited in line for 20 minutes and was then told that they hadn’t heard a response back from my vet. I don’t feel that a week is an unreasonable amount of time to sort something like this out and I was never contacted for an update to help facilitate the process or

My eye surgeon called in 3 prescriptions for me. I won't use this pharmacy again. First, they shipped the prescriptions early even though I specifically told them I wouldn't be home until a certain date. After the medicines sat on the porch in 100 degree weather for 3 days, they had to reship them.
In addition, they affixed a prescription sticker to one of my meds that was for another person. I don't know how they could have mistaken my medicine for hers because hers was to be administered vaginally; mine was an eye drop.
So they re-sent all 3 scripts, and got them right his time. Unfortunately

Recently needed a prescription for an eye surgery procedure. Wellness was recommended by my providers’ office. I checked their prices & then shopped other pharmacies using GoodRx & contracted rates using my health insurance. To my surprise, they had significantly better prices than any other pharmacy. Plus, the Pharmacist was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the order to use the medications, time in-between applications, etc. Super impressed and definitely recommend!

I never thought I would say this, but I love my pharmacist (Eric). I actually look forward to going in and talking to him, because he is just that personable. He’s goes out of the way to educate and do all that he can to make sure my needs are being met. The rest of the staff is great too, but he is literally awesome!
