We love Dr. H! My rescue pup Kaci has had a rough time with anxiety and vet visits. Other vets we’ve seen have made me feel terrible about her vet behavior but Dr. H has put me at ease and does whatever it takes to make sure Kaci gets what she needs done, even if that means extra phone calls planning for upcoming visits, or taking a little extra time to let Kaci relax before moving forward with procedures. I’ve left other vets offices in tears before because of how awful I felt after negative things were said to me, but never with Dr. H. Kaci will remain a life-long patient here❤
