At first they seemed great with awesome price, selection and service. I ordered and paid for three dresses that were promptly shipped the first part of April, 2011. I returned the two I didn't want and requested a refund per their policy. I was told no problem and the refund would be issued... but it wasn't. When I called back I was told they were going out of business and could no longer process any refunds as they needed they money to pay off debt. I ordered a lace bolero jacket online with the help of an online representative. It was described online and by the rep as "white on white", meaning white lace and white thread and white beads. When it arrived, it had some gold thread and silvery beads. Definitely not white on white. I called to return it and was given a return auth # and told it was no problem.
