Entertainment is one of the most memorable parts of your special night, which is why we've partnered with Wilkes Barre-based talent booking agency Special Guest. Founded by local entrepreneur Kris Jones (Pepperjam, LSEO, ReferLocal) and actor / comedian Damon Wayans, Jr (New Girl, Happy Together, Big Hero 6), Special Guest will work within your budget to not only book incredible entertainment, but help you create an unforgettable wedding.
If we are able to successfully book a Friday wedding with your permission, or if a Friday is already booked, we will allow a $1,000 credit on your account for a Saturday Wedding. All rates include a Friedman Farm representative who will be on site for the entire event and a Friedman Farm representative will be on site to direct parking.
Payment for equipment rentals must be received the day of the event. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter during the duration of barn rental. Owner in not responsible for any food, alcohol, furniture etc. that renter stores at the barn during the week of their event. Replacement charges will incur if any Friedman Farm equipment is damaged due to negligence, abuse, loss, misuse, or overload.

Is the barn available for rent year round? Due to the possibility of inclement weather conditions, the barn is available for rent April through the middle of November. Is the barn heated or air conditioned? Do I need Special Event insurance? Yes. Please see Barn Rental Contract for details on insurance.

The most beautiful wedding venue! Rustic, classy and elegant! Pete and Virginia were the most amazing wedding host and hostesses aka wedding planners and organizers. They remembered everything and took care of every single need! Helped make the day run smoothly for our daughter and her husband. Would highly recommend this well run venue.

Went here to look at my cousins wedding venue and its was so pretty, very well kept, super sweet man showed us around, the horses are kept in great condition, and its overall sooo pretty. They also are super laid back about design you make to it for your event. Oh and they have the cutest litttle fire pit area.

Upon arrival today it was nothing but absolutely stunning. There is so much to see within the barn alone that in times when life feels like it’s too fast you can take a step back. Life is so full of beauty that… if your going to fast you miss the little things. This place was amazing an I recommend everyone visit. It’s so beautiful an the open fields an the views at every spot you turn is just breath taking. I can’t wait to go back in the fall an see how full of color an beauty there is 🥰

I am a Covid bride, I had to move my wedding date, then had to change my plans and have my wedding outside. The staff at the farm made everything seamless and easy! Lisa was amazing, she helped me all day, she… was so accommodating and kind to my guests. The venue is breathtaking and although I had my wedding outside the barn Pete worked hard to make my outdoor wedding just as beautiful as indoor! I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married. Also if you’re looking to use a caterer definitely choose Grico! PS Kelsey G photography took the photo attached, how awesome

Rob and family have a fantastic operation which could cater to almost any format. The barn is a beautiful venue and could even be combined with the venue at Beaumont Inn, which is state-of-the-art. A trolley service links the two venues if required.
The bucolic settings will ensure fabulous photos. The staff is friendly and accomodating and the planning and project management support is first-rate. This is worth considering for any type of event any time of year, especially if you have a larger group.

We just had our wedding this past Sunday. Pete and Rob were beyond helpful and accommodating. They made the best day of my life a breeze and were there to answer questions at any time of the day. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple. The views are what bring you here in the first place but the helpful staff is what makes it a great place to have a wedding

One of the more unique venues we work at each year. The setting is perfect and the venue is extremely well kept and well run. The drive from the Lehigh Valley is a bit long but the trip is very easy, especially during the middle of the day and at night after the wedding. If a barn wedding is what you desire this venue is worth adding to your list of considerations for sure.

GORGEOUS venue. I was wowed by this beautiful event space. I attended a wedding here over the weekend and was blown away by how pretty it was. The barn is HUGE and rustic with a beautiful chandelier and bunches of twigs and white lights adorning the beams - very rustic chic. There are multiple levels with actual horses in the stables underneath! There was enough room for everyone to maneuver comfortably between the tables, even with plates of food. Cocktail hour was held in the front room, with the buffet/bar set up in the middle section and then there is a huge main room. I do wish the dance
