Owner was genuine, on time, and informative. He was better priced then 4 other vendors we took bids from and was the most honest. He was recommended to us by our neighborhood app and our neighbors that uses his business only had positive things to say. It's a small business and we definitely want to support them.

The door has been in a year trouble free and any questions we had were promptly answered by Brett.. Great service and work.. 😊

Excellent Company from start to finish. They quoted me a very good price and stuck to it. Bryce was kind and very well mannered. My Garage door makes much less sound now. And Bryce lubricated all my doors hinges. Bryce gave me hints on how to cause less stress on all of my garage doors major service parts. I highly recommend this company. They are truly 5 stars. Brett was able to take care of us the same day. Even arrived a half hour earlier than promised. Explained everything in detail what needed to be done and what he recommended. Didn't try sell us anything that was not needed. Brett was fast, professional and knowledgeable. After Brett was done repairing our garage door it ran so smooth that you can't even hear it opening or closing inside the house. I actually never seen my garage door run so smoothly. I highly recommend Garage Door Giant!

The things worked out for us easy way. We saved money. We were sure that we must replace the entire garage door since we were told by the other company who came before for the service.
However, they were wrong, and we got a great deal and lucky to hire Garage Door Giant.
Brett was great, he came and fixed the door and adjusted the sensor and he also gave great advice for the future (we even wrote them down :)). it was cheap and fast! Lucky us. Door is working now!

Brett is GREAT!! Not only has he serviced the Garage Doors at my house at a reasonable price, he's replaced doors and openers for friends and they always come back to me with positive feedback and thank you's for giving them his contact info.
Aside from all this, Brett has worked with me on Charitable Home make-over projects and he's done everything from providing a new garage door to completely building a custom wood garage door on an older home.

I have used Garage Door Giant twice (once to replace the motor, once to replace the springs) with great results. Brett is knowledgeable and honest with very good pricing. He stands behind his work: he just drove to my house to lubricate the door spring because it was squeaking and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from! Definitely recommend for all garage door needs.

I'm in the service biz myself, so I know when someone is BS'ing me and when someone is doing quality work. I also don't write reviews, so here goes. I called because my kids left a scooter under the garage and closed it which damaged the garage. I called this guy and he was out in about 1/2 an hour and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. The charge was fair and his demeanor was pleasant. My criteria for any service is fair pricing, good customer service and excellent workmanship. He hit all three benchmarks. Highly recommended!
