I had a 10am appointment with Darrell Williams on 7.16.2019 to view a lot of land. After driving a little more than a hour I get there only for him to tell me that some random lady pulled up to him and gave him a deposit for the lot no contract or anything in his words "I took the deposit in good faith". I continued to view the lot and told him that I still wanted to put in an offer in which he told me he'll put a straw man contract in for me then tells me that I should find another agent to put the offer in so unethical. Such shady business if you ask me. I own multiple rental properties

We purchased in SNY a week ago and Dona was our realtor. She was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, aggressive, and very helpful. If you're serious about purchasing and need an aggressive realtor Dona is your man, i mean woman! We enjoyed working with Tanya and are very thankful for being referred to her by a friend. Jennifer was knowledge and a great guide during the renting process. Most importantly I found her to be trustworthy. She listed to what was most important for my search and made she showed me met my requirements. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place, especially to new renters as she can help set expectations in a realistic way. Overall wonderful renting experience.

I would highly recommend contacting Vivian Kuo and Matthew DeSilva if you need an agent for either buying or selling. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge in the market, and responsiveness are all just a few reasons to get them on your side. I had an apartment that I needed to rent out quickly and they both went above and beyond expectations to get the job done. Vivian and Matt were in constant contact with me every step of the way to explain what they were doing and how the process was moving along. They made themselves accessible.... and when I was not able to go in to the realty office

I wouldn't do business with this office ever again. I met with one realtor named Peggy who seemed very impatient and was very forceful into making place a bid on a property -all within our first interaction! Buying a house is a big investment, and so it's important to have quality professionals who are willing to support you through this process. Long story short, I guess I was moving too slow for her liking (at one point she emailed me and said she didn't want to show me any other listings-mind you , she showed me only 3)and I received an email saying she was too busy to work with

Vivian Kuo was very quick to respond in regards to my apt search. Being a new resident of NYC it was hard to find a broker who would actually listened to your preferences. Vivian however, listened and quickly found a place that fit all my needs. She was very patient with me and my roommate and was truly there to assist. She was extremely flexible and open to meet at various times and places to ensure we got all of paperwork in on time which is so important in a competitive market like NYC. Vivian Kuo, and her partner Matthew DeSilva, helped me close a deal on my apartment that I had leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very professional, and although they operated in a tough neighborhood with lots of other available units for a lot less than my unit, they managed to find the right tenants within reasonable time.
