Services
We use state of the art equipment in our low dose digital radiographs. Most of our X-ray imaging is done externally, without bulky and uncomfortable sensors being placed in the mouth. Our modern sterilization center was custom designed using CDC guidelines, to ensure the highest quality infection control for our patients.
A preventive program is a cooperative effort by the patient, dentist, and dental staff to preserve the natural dentition and supporting structures by preventing the onset, progress, and recurrence of dental diseases and conditions. Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
Intraoral cameras are changing the face of routine dental appointments. The intraoral camera gives the patient a unique view of each tooth - enabling them to understand diagnoses and make informed treatment decisions. The intraoral camera is connected to a computing unit at the side of the dental chair.
A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic X-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Gum disease evaluation: Check the gums and bone around the teeth for any signs of periodontal disease.
Digital radiography (digital X-ray) is the latest technology used to take dental X-rays. This technique uses an electronic sensor (instead of X-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. Digital X-rays reduce radiation 80-90% compared to the already low exposure of traditional dental X-rays.

I was a little apprehensive going for my 1st cleaning with a new group. I had neglected my mouth for years while making sure my children had never missed a cleaning. Now with an empty nest, it was my time to take care of myself. From the front door through out my appointment, I had the most attentive, sweetest care. My hygienist did an excellent job, making sure I was comfortable and reassuring me that my mouth wasn’t in terrible condition. Dr. Ferrell answers all my questions and made me feel at ease. I do need some crowns replaced and they make the crowns there so no going home with temporary

Very, very, happy with the service I always get! It’s always a pleasure going in for my cleanings. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is always kind and courteous. We’re passing through the area and this office was recommended to us by some old friends. We received excellent care. We came for a cleaning and were very happy that they DIDN’T try to “up-sell” us. Beth is a great tech, very patient and thorough. Doc Ferrell is also someone I feel I can trust. We will come back this way and use this office again.

I recently had a crown drop off of an upper front tooth. Unwilling to return to the dentist that had originally put it there, I followed a recommendation to schedule a visit with Dr. Ferrell.
I am more than happy that I took that advice! The staff is awesome. Dr. Ferrell goes straight to work and does an incredible job. You are in and out almost in a blink of the eye. This office definitely exceeded all my expectations.

I am probably like most people that never look forward to a dental appointment. From a child I have always had a fear of dental work. However, today made a huge difference in my outlook. The staff was excellent and the hygienist took very good care of me. She made me feel relaxed and at ease. The doctor was exceptional and professional. Today exceeded all my expectations and I am so pleased to have found this doctor and staff for my dental care.
