The staff is excellent and really cares about every animal that comes through the doors.

Found a suffering kitten .1 eye bulging out and they refuzed to do anything because i comented it was found .i offered to pay to put to sleep to stop its suffering .they said they do do that and sent me away with no hope and a suffering animal.i cant belive they wouldnt help in anyway because i comented i found it.i was willing to pay.i had 75 dollars cash with me just for that purpose. eye bulging out looked like was full of green ooze infection.

I was impressed with Benji's visit/appointment! And, I really feel that Benji trusted Dr. Roop! Every groomer (only 3 in his life) I've taken Benji too has really loved treating Benji. Everyone of them told me they could not believe how well minded Benji was and they all was quite pleased to provide Benji with his grooming.
