Yes - You may select the repair facility of your choice unless your insurance policy specifies otherwise. Yes - your insurance policy generally states that, if requested, you must file a sworn proof of loss, exhibit the damaged property, and submit to examination under oath. No - Generally, one estimate from the shop of your choice is required, unless your insurance policy specifies otherwise.
We guarantee the work performed at "COMMERCIAL AUTO BODY" so long as said vehicle shall remain under the present ownership. Items on the repair order, such as Sublet Work or Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. This warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse.

I took my truck to commercial auto body to get a bunch of body work and painting done after a traffic accident. Richard was very professional and made it extremely easy dealing with my insurance company. My truck was taken care of quickly and the body work and painting that was done was really high quality and looked brand new. All in all great body shop.

I LOVED this shop I'm not from the area I'm from San Diego, I originally came down to camarillo to visit a friend of mine because I had surgery the upcoming week and was looking forward to hanging out before being on bed rest for a week! Well I ended up in a collision the second day of my trip that left my car completely torn up! I have a tiny Honda Civic coupe that I love with all my being was so bummed seeing it all torn I hit a truck so my hood was completely destroyed and my glass shattered horribly... but I try thinking positive and was blessed neither me or my friend were hurt I

Commercial auto body was great, the receptionist zaira was very helpful and kept me updated with my repairs. Pricing was good cheapest around, very great quality. Recommend this shop if you have any collision needs or small things done such as rims. Apart from the damage on my truck they painted my rims and emblems!

I would never think that I would see a shop in California like this. All my lights where still on from the accident. The badges on the car were from different cars. The worst customer service I've ever seen In my life. The city of Oxnard should be sad to have this rip off artist in your community. That can't even finish that he was jhe's paid for.

They gave our insurance adjuster a quote for around $5,000. Then they raised it, twice, until the total paid out was over $13,000. The vehicle was only worth $12,000 before the accident! So now my wife is driving some unsafe, salvaged POS instead of a decent car because our insurance spent the money that would have gone into a new vehicle at this place! Then today someone from the shop called me and tried to make the excuse that they don't decide whether or not to total a car. That's true. The insurance adjuster does that. WITH AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE! hard to make a financial decision

After getting in my first car accident, I had no idea what to do. Several people recommended me to this place, so I dropped by commercial auto body and the young lady in the front was very helpful, she help me start my insurance claim right away. Of course they took their sweet time, but she followed up with them till it got approved. Now you can't even tell my car was fixed, the color match is perfect and best of all they detailed my car I'm completely satisfied thank you once again!

I have been taking my vehicles to CAB for years! They exceed my expectations every time. They get my vehicles inspected, worked on and finished in a timely manner. Richard is all about customer service and is constantly going above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Their work is amazing and I wouldn't take my me vehicles to any Other shop.

I took my VW convertible in to get a new top (based on a friend's recommendation). Originally told I would have it back in 3 days. That was 10 days ago. Making matters worse - although when I'm able to reach them (yes, that's difficult too), Jose assures me he will call to let me know what's happening -- he doesn't. I just got off the phone w/him & they still can't tell me when I will get my car back. God knows when I'll have it back, and what condition it will be in. Beyond angry. Very poor customer service would be putting it mildly.

My insurance company recommend me to them after I got into an accident. They originally told me two weeks...but that was a lie...They kept telling me it would be ready next week,after two months of them having my truck, finally got it back. After getting my truck back and looking over it...I found the grill was zip tied down...grill insert not bolted down...radiator still leaking...top cover above the radiator missing...head lights not lined up. Horrible service ...I most definitely do not recommend this shop! AVOID AVOID AVOID

They seriously went above & beyond with helping me with my car!
They handled my claim in March. They are very professional, handled my claim in a timely manner, & I was always in the loop of what was going on. I never once had to contact them, they were always on top of their game! Estimates were thorough, changes that had to be done last minute were professionally taken care of.

I'm not one to take my time to post reviews but this shop is just that amazing! Richard was very helpful with the entire process and made it all a breeze. If my car ever gets hit again (which I'm hoping it doesn't) I'd definitely come back here. Car was repaired promptly and it looks flawless. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the good work!

I took in my vehicle the week of New Years since I was in a collision accident with my brick wall. Obviously the brick wall won. This time. The process was fast and easy, I received multiple text messages through a system they use to allow you when the vehicle would be ready and the status of the vehicle. I was really pleased on how fast and easy I got the work done. I like how this is a family owned business and they're all very aware of the situation on each vehicle. My auto mobile insurance referred me to this body shop. I would not recommend this place to no one because they said my vehicle would be ready to pick up on Saturday and they were closed. Monday was a holiday so that was another delay Tuesday came they said they would have the car ready well it wasn't because the paint bubbled. Twice they said to pick up at different times and it still wasn't ready. All they could say was I'm sorry .Do not take your vehicle here.

Amazing customer service I have taken my car there twice and wow the staff and owner his self are all very great . I will not take my cars no where else to get fix's due to car accident . I was unable to get ahold of the insurance company both times and Zaira was fast on it with her emails and was able to contact them and get it all handle and taken care of not only that both times they were able to have my enterprise there and ready to pick me up for my rental very great customer service .....
