I’m going to do my best from name dropping but here we go: I purchased a 2014 Acura RDX from Jay Wolfe Acura on March 18, 2021. I started having issues & took the vehicle back in on April 7, 2021. Contacted the sales department about buying a certified Acura, was willing to drive from St. Louis Mo - Kansas City Mo in order to purchase the car. Did not haggle on the price even offered to pay a down deposit. To show I am serious about purchasing the car. I told them I can bring a cashiers check. In the amount for the car. My car was having an issue and I purchased it at Jay Wolfe and had a 3 year warranty on the vehicle. I took it in 3 separate times (over the span of a few weeks) and the issue was never resolved. The first two times they stated that they fixed the issue, but the car was still making the noise and the third time they stated that the issue wasn't covered under my warranty. I wasted so much time going back and forth there and nothing was ever solved. Would not recommend doing any business at this dealership

I have driven my Acura TSX for 12 years and decided to upgrade to a MDX Advance package. I was told that I had to accept these extra dealer packages that were added to the car. I said I don't want the packages because it's just driving the price up more. I told Mike Ramos ok fine then because I want the car. The service itself was great and Nikki was very accommodating. I had asked about a recall notice when I scheduled my oil change, and they said it didn't apply to my vehicle. But it did, and I wound up having to leave it longer. But they gave me a loaner, so that helped.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my TL in for service (bought it new from dealership) last week and Dylan Collins was the person who helped me. I waited over 2 hours and usually they come out and walk you through their findings and recommendations to fix any issues. He said my car was ready and I thought everything was good. Turns out, I had a few things… that needed to be fixed (according to the printed report given to me). He just took my CC and away I went. Then, I read the invoice in more detail.
Called the manager (Brian) after reading the report because 1) they did work that was not necessary

We purchased a certified used MDX Acura in July 2020. Since then we had to replace the car battery, the key fob battery, and air filters. Of course, none of those items are under warranty. At the last oil change I was told from their “point check list” the brakes are getting bad and will need to be replaced soon. Really??? You would have thought they would have checked all this and replaced needed items before selling the the vehicle to us. Then of course, we don’t live in the KC area. Not very happy.

I had wait for a few minutes when I got there, but then someone was able to assist me with my scheduled appointment. I had some questions regarding the 3 in 1 service contract that I purchased. The employee did not seem patient with me.

All in all it was done in about an hour for a routine oil change and they had a nice waiting area.

My family took our vehicle in for routine maintenance. They crashed our car through their own garage door, and into the property fence. They gave an estimate of nearly $16k to repair damages they caused. They then attempted to sell us a new car only giving us a trade in value for the wrecked car!
