I will not use Elite anymore.
I had used Elite Garage Door on a umber of projects at home and work, and I had been happy when they provided an estimate and then completed the work.
But, I made the mistake of trusting them and asking them to just go to the job site and fix my garage door. When I reviewed the bill after we had paid it, I was SHOCKED!!
Look at the invoice:
1) OK, I get the Service Call: $149.99 just to drive to my place!
2) Tune up $149.99? When all the rollers and cables are being replaced, what's the point of this? JUST PACKING THE BILL!!
3) Labor Rewind $199.99? I called

Michael was great! Came out on a Sunday and serviced our spring which had broken on Saturday afternoon. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained the extra work he thought I needed done. He wasn't pushy by any means and explained what the next service call may be if issues weren't taken care of sooner than later. I would highly recommend Elite Garage.
